1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Contractor: GO 4IT-Studio, located in Medemblik, the Netherlands.
Client: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with GO 4IT-Studio.
Services: All activities including web design, hosting, branding, photo and video editing, AI services and IT support
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and services of GO 4IT-Studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotations and formation of agreements
Offertes zijn vrijblijvend en 14 dagen geldig.
De overeenkomst komt tot stand bij schriftelijke of digitale aanvaarding door de opdrachtgever.
4. Execution of the agreement
- GO 4IT-Studio will carry out assignments to the best of its knowledge and ability.
- The client must provide all necessary information and cooperation in a timely manner.
5. Rates and payment
- All prices are excluding VAT.
- Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
- In the event of late payment, the client is in default without notice.
- GO 4IT-Studio reserves the right to request a deposit or advance payment before starting an assignment.
6. Changes and additional work
- Changes to the assignment may result in additional costs.
- Additional work will be invoiced separately after prior approval by the client.
7. Liability
- GO 4IT-Studio is only liable for direct damage resulting from gross negligence or intent.
- Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment.
8. Intellectual property
- All rights to designs, texts, images and other materials remain the property of GO 4IT-Studio until full payment has been made.
- Materials may not be duplicated or made public without written permission.
9. Force majeure
GO 4IT-Studio is not liable for shortcomings due to force majeure, including disruptions at third parties, network problems or natural disasters.
10. Complaints
Complaints about delivered services must be reported by email within 7 days.
11. Termination
- Both parties may terminate the agreement in writing with a notice period of 14 days.
- In the event of premature termination, work already performed will be invoiced proportionally.
- For cancellation of a hosting subscription, a notice period of at least 1 month before the renewal date applies. Cancellations must be submitted by email.
